One of the most anticipated community events each summer is the Boards in the Stores 2026 Online Auction, hosted annually by the Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

Beginning June 5, 2026, and running through August 2026, this unique fundraising event brings together local artists and local businesses to create one of the most exciting online auctions on Cape Cod. This year, Cape Cod Cannabis is proud to once again participate as a sponsor.

What Is Boards in the Stores?

Boards in the Stores is a Cape Cod tradition that combines art, community, and philanthropy.

The concept is simple. Local businesses sponsor a surfboard shaped art board and partner with a local artist who transforms it into a one of a kind work of art. Each board is then featured in the online auction where community members, visitors, collectors, and supporters can place bids throughout the summer.

Every board tells a story and showcases the incredible talent found throughout Cape Cod. The result is a gallery of creative pieces inspired by the Cape’s natural beauty, culture, wildlife, and coastal lifestyle.
