We welcome anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid Government ID (e.g., Drivers License, Passport, etc.) to verify your age upon entry. Unfortunately, we cannot accept expired ID’s unless, when already renewed, you bring the expired ID with the actual documentation for the renewal.

Note: We respect if you are wearing a mask when you enter but please know that, per regulations, we have to properly identify everyone who enters. You will be asked to momentarily remove (or lower) your mask for identification purposes. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Our store is conveniently located directly off Rt. 6 in the South Wellfleet shopping plaza, designed like a rest stop, for easy entry and exit with plenty of free parking. Yes. Massachusetts law allows you to purchase up to 1 ounce of flower or its equivalent in other cannabis products per day.

Recreational = 28 grams (flower) a day is the legal MA limit, which can constitute:

500mg of edibles (≈ 5 packs of 20 servings – 5mg ea.) OR

5g of concentrates (≈ 5 of 1g or 10 of 0.5g) OR

10 bottles of tincture (may vary based on potency) OR

28 pre-roll joints (≈ 28g worth of pre-rolls) OR

10 0.5g vape cartridges (≈ or 5 of 1g carts/disposables)

CBD = No Limit

Topicals = No Limit

Accessories = No Limit

Yes. All cannabis products sold at Cape Cod Cannabis are state-tested and lab-certified to ensure purity, potency, and safety.

We accept cash, debit cards and CanPay. A regular ATM is also located on-site for your convenience.

Once you finalize your order, it will be filled within 15 minutes and you will be able to pick it up at the store. Changes to pre-orders can be made during checkout at the store.

PLEASE double check your phone number when entering your pre-order.

We will not keep orders placed, past our store closing, the day of when the order was placed.

Loyalty points: In the state of Massachusetts, an adult-use dispensary cannot give any discounts and/or promotions. Unfortunately, that applies to the loyalty points as well.
